- About
Every project we take on is more than another driveway or parking lot. It’s someone’s home, business, or investment, and we believe it deserves the same care we’d give our own property. That’s the mindset that inspired us to build Seal Force One, LLC and the standard we bring to every job.
Before opening our doors, we spent more than 15 years working in the asphalt industry, learning what separates a pavement project that lasts from one that quickly begins to fail. Along the way, we worked alongside skilled professionals, gained valuable hands-on experience, and built a team with more than 30 years of combined industry experience. When the opportunity came to create our own company, we knew exactly what we wanted it to represent: careful workmanship, honest communication, and a commitment to doing every job the right way.
As an owner-operated business, you’ll work with people who stay involved throughout your project. We don’t believe customers should be left wondering what’s happening or who to talk to. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we take the time to answer questions, explain our recommendations, and keep you informed so you know what to expect.
Living and working in Northeastern Pennsylvania has taught us how changing seasons, freeze-thaw cycles, snow removal, and daily traffic can affect asphalt over time. That local knowledge helps us recommend practical solutions that fit your property’s needs instead of suggesting work that isn’t necessary.
Whether we’re helping a homeowner improve curb appeal or assisting a business with maintaining a welcoming parking lot, our goal remains the same. We want you to feel comfortable with the process, confident in the workmanship, and happy with the finished results. If we’ve earned your trust by the time the project is complete, we’ve accomplished exactly what we set out to do.
Our Values
Careful Workmanship
We believe quality begins long before any asphalt is poured or sealcoating is applied. Every project deserves thoughtful planning, proper surface preparation, and close attention to the details that help pavement perform well for years to come. Taking shortcuts might save time today, but it often leads to unnecessary repairs later. That’s not how we approach our work.
Whether we’re improving a residential driveway or maintaining a commercial parking lot, we treat every property with the same level of care and respect. We use commercial-grade materials, follow proven installation methods, and take the time to complete each step properly. Our goal is to leave you with pavement that looks clean, functions well, and reflects positively on your property every time you pull into it.
A successful project begins with a good conversation. We want you to understand what we’re recommending, why it makes sense for your pavement, and what you can expect throughout the process. If you have questions, we’ll answer them clearly instead of overwhelming you with industry jargon.
From your free estimate to the final walkthrough, we believe communication should be straightforward and respectful. We’ll keep you informed, arrive when scheduled, and let you know if anything changes along the way. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable making decisions because you have the information you need, not because you’re being pressured into work you don’t want.
We understand that every project matters because it’s your home, business, or investment. That’s why we arrive prepared, work efficiently, and treat your property with the same consideration we’d expect on our own. Clean work areas, organized job sites, and attention to the finishing details are all part of how we do business.
We don’t believe our job ends when the equipment leaves. We want you to enjoy the finished results and feel confident recommending us to friends, neighbors, or colleagues. Building lasting relationships has always been more important to us than simply completing another project.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with homeowners, businesses, property managers, and municipalities throughout Exeter and the surrounding communities. Living and working in Northeastern Pennsylvania gives us a firsthand understanding of how changing seasons, freeze-thaw cycles, heavy traffic, and winter maintenance affect local pavement.
Our goal is to help our neighbors protect their investment with thoughtful recommendations and workmanship they can appreciate for years to come. Every project is an opportunity to strengthen our reputation, and we never take that responsibility for granted.
